Cheese Sauce Recipe
1-2 tbsp Butter
1-2 tbsp Plain Flour
1/2-1 pint Milk
4-5 oz Grated Cheddar
2g Salt, Pepper
1. Melt butter over medium heat in a large saucepan. Add flour, stir to form a roux, cooking for a few minutes.
2. Whisk in milk a little at a time. Cook for 10-15 minutes till it it forms a thickened and smooth sauce.
3. Add cheese and cook for a further 5 minutes. Stir until smooth and well blended.
4. Pour the sauce onto your pasta, add chopped tomatoes and a garnish of your choice (I used Oregano) for extra taste and prettiness.
