Cheese Sauce Recipefor pastaIngredients1-2 tbsp Butter1-2 tbsp Plain Flour1/2-1 pint Milk4-5 oz Grated Cheddar2g Salt, Pepper 
Method1. Melt butter over medium heat in a large saucepan. Add flour, stir to form a roux, cooking for a few minutes.
2. Whisk in milk a little at a time. Cook for 10-15 minutes till it it forms a thickened and smooth sauce.3. Add cheese and cook for a further 5 minutes. Stir until smooth and well blended. 4. Pour the sauce onto your pasta, add chopped tomatoes and a garnish of your choice (I used Oregano) for extra taste and prettiness.

1. Cream together sugar and butter, then add the remaining cake ingredients and blend into a smooth mixture.
2. Divide the mixture between two lightly greased sandwich tins. Bake for 20 minutes in an oven preheated to 190 C/Gas 5. Allow to cool upside-down on a wire rack.
3. When cooled spread one half with the strawberry jam. Invert the other half on top and press together lightly.4. Then eat it all in one sitting. Just kidding, share it with friends, family, anybody who you want to love you forever (because this cake has magical qualities). Or keep it for yourself, I put mine in a special cake box and hid it away. Yes, I’m greedy.
